Short bio

Daniela Galindo, keynote speaker and violinist

Daniela Galindo is a speaker, violinist, and creator of Habituario 33, a methodology built around small changes that help people turn inspiration into action.

A Master of Music with a specialization in Violin, Daniela has more than 10 years of experience in music, education, research, and project leadership across Colombia, Mexico, Bolivia, the United States, and Spain.

It was through music education that she began exploring a question that would shape her work: Why do some people know what they need to do to improve, yet struggle to turn that knowledge into consistent practice?

After being diagnosed with a brain tumor and undergoing emergency surgery, Daniela had to gradually rebuild different areas of her life. During that process, she began applying to her everyday life the principles she had developed over years through music and education, discovering that they could extend far beyond musical practice.

She expanded Habituario 33 to bring these principles into everyday life. Since its earliest stages of development and application, the methodology has reached more than 1,000 people and has been used in different contexts: musicians have explored new ways to organize and sustain their practice, while others have applied it to habits related to reading, nutrition, exercise, awareness, and everyday routines.

She currently lives in Barcelona and is pursuing an MBA Management STEM at EAE Business School, complementing her artistic and entrepreneurial background with training in strategy, innovation, technology, artificial intelligence, and business development.

As a speaker, Daniela combines storytelling, music, and participation through Tiny Shifts — small changes that can become concrete actions — helping people move from inspiration to action, one small change at a time.

Her work is grounded in one central idea:

We don’t always need to do more to change. Sometimes we need to start doing things differently.
